Project coordinator and architect for the residential buildings
A four-building, mixed-use development in the heart of Esquimalt, BC. Matthew was the project coordinator and co-project architect for two residential buildings, consisting of 68 units total. The six-storey wood frame buildings have extensive rooftop patios and terraces overlooking the Esquimalt Harbour. The buildings feature stained cedar canopies and trellises to provide shade, plant growth, and natural material accents. The space between the buildings creates a public Art Walk, with a curated sculpture collection.
